He gained deep experience as a leadership partner with both Accenture and IBM Global Services where he built substantial consulting practices as well as delivered high value / high ROI client engagements. Besides having responsibility for all aspects of consulting practice management, he successfully conceived and implemented mission-critical client engagements across a wide variety industries. He has experience with short-term projects and transformational, multi-year engagements delivering strategy, process optimization, technology deployment, and organization improvements. He was a pioneer in use of data and analytics and built the foundations of Customer Relationship Management, a cornerstone of today's best practices. Richard earned his MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, in Marketing and Strategic Planning.
